Service Description

This package includes coordination of wedding rehearsal, ceremony & reception, up to 8 face to face/virtual meetings, lead planner and assistant coordinator on the day, confirming vendor contracts, logistics, etc., creation of timeline of the day, guest/RSVP management, initial venue visit, final venue walk-through with venue coordinator, 9 to 10 hours of on-site management, personal assistant to the bride, set-up and breakdown assistance of decor, table settings, florals, favors, signage, place cards, etc., pick-up and drop off of wedding and personal items, use of emergency bridal kit, access to Aisle Planner, monthly check-ins/checklist, and unlimited contact for questions, support! Your investment quote will be given after a complimentary consultation. Factors that can influence the quote include but are not limited to venue location, guest count, number of hours needed on the wedding day, if any additional assistance is needed, scope of set up, number of face-to-face or virtual meetings, etc.

Cancellation Policy
