Service Description
Month-of-Management is for the individual looking for an event planner to implement their event plans and make sure it is executed to their standard! This package includes 8-9 hours of on-site event management, lead event coordinator and assistant event coordinator on the day, confirming all logistics with all vendors at least 2 weeks prior, creation of timeline for the day, 4-5 face to face meetings or virtual meetings, final venue walk-through, guest / RSVP management, set-up and breakdown assistance with favors, place cards, small decor, etc., access to vendor resources, access to event planning portal, and unlimited contact via text, email, and scheduled phone calls. Retainer Fee: 50% non-refundable deposit to secure event date *INSTALLMENT PLAN AVAILABLE* Willing to Travel: Within 50 miles of Atlanta (30326) is Free Travel Fee Applies Elsewhere in GA *The pricing above is an minimum. Your investment quote will be given after a complimentary consultation. Factors that can influence the quote include but are not limited to venue location, guest count, number of hours needed on the wedding day, if any additional assistance is needed, scope of set up, number of face-to-face or virtual meetings, etc.
Cancellation Policy
