This full-service event planning and management package includes full participation with sourcing, selecting, and negotiating with vendors, lead planner and (2) assistant coordinators on the day, securing any transportation or hotel accommodations, creation of up to (2) event floor plans, creation of website, unlimited face to face/virtual meetings, creation of up to (2) Mood and Theme Boards, plus all of Month-of-Management services! Retainer Fee: 25% non-refundable deposit to secure event date (6 months +) 50% non-refundable deposit to secure event date (6 months >) *INSTALLMENT PLAN AVAILABLE* Willing to Travel: Within 50 miles of Atlanta (30326) is Free Travel Fee Applies Elsewhere in GA *The pricing above is an minimum. Your investment quote will be given after a complimentary consultation. Factors that can influence the quote include but are not limited to venue location, guest count, number of hours needed on the wedding day, if any additional assistance is needed, scope of set up, number of face-to-face or virtual meetings, etc.
